Terms of sale

Preamble
The customer declares to have read the following conditions before ordering products.
It is the sole responsibility of each client to define their needs, choose the right material and to ensure the compatibility of products purchased.
The placing of an order implies the client’s full acceptance of these general conditions of sale, and the full legal capacity to engage under these terms of sale.
We may modify these terms and conditions at any time, subject to modifications appear on our site.

1. Validation

3. Order
All orders are payable in US dollars or Euros.
Orders are made online on our websites:
– guitare.mg-records.com / guitar.mg-records.com / shop.mg-records.com, will be acknowledged by e-mail, orders placed on the website. It is up to the customer to check the order confirmation and immediately notify Productions MG Records of any errors.

Your order will be shipped upon receipt of your payment. Delivery in 5 working days in France.
Productions MG Records reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.
The invoices are attached by email in PDF format (print if necessary) the shipping package.

4. Shipping
The products are delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer when ordering.
The delivery time includes preparation of the package and the delivery time. Our carrier generally is La Poste, their delivery time is about 1 to 2 days for metropolitan France.
All orders delivered outside the European Community may be subject to taxes and duties. The payment of these taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and is their sole responsibility.

The customer must, in case of damaged or missing, refuse delivery to the carrier and inform Productions MG Records of any finding necessary.
Productions MG Records can not be held responsible for the consequences of any delay in delivery.
Shipping fees include participation in the preparation and packaging + postage costs. They are clearly marked for an order in France. For orders from overseas territories and abroad, it is best to contact us.

5. Payment
We offer different payment methods:
Online by Credit Card or Paypal and Stripe.
Productions MG Records reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of order entry, subject to availability.
The products remain the property of Productions MG Records until full payment, including in case of rejection of payment.
6. Returns
6.1. Right of withdrawal
Under the law, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) business days to return, at its expense, the new products that do not suit him. This period runs from the date of delivery of the order.
IMPORTANT: This right of withdrawal does not apply to downloads, gift certificates.
We will only accept products returned complete, in their original packaging intact and in perfect condition for resale. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.
This right of withdrawal is without penalty, the client only supports the shipping and return.

6.2. Non-compliance of products

7. Reimbursement Procedure

8. Intellectual Property

9. Responsibility
The products are conform to the French legislation. Productions MG Records can not be held responsible in case of disrespect of the law of the country where the goods are delivered.
Productions MG Records can not be held liable for breach of contract in case of shortage or unavailability, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and transport and / or communications strike, flood, fire.
Productions MG Records is not responsible for the content of pages it publishes.
10. Law – Litigation
In case of dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
