TIPS: Try the metronome online to play each note without pressing too hard. Do not try to play these lines faster than you can , everybody does it, but it does not help at all.
It is better to spend a week playing below its fastest speed and the next week increase the speed… Try it: you will be surprised of progress.
Be inventive, try 1 to 17 then 17 to 1. Doubling every note, then doubling and playing unordered notes… etc.
